Variation of Condition 2 of planning permission 84475/FUL/14 (refurbishment, change of use and external alterations to provide a cycle hub facility) to amend the approved plans, to include 3no. original window openings and 1no. door opening to be bricked-up and TfGM Cycle Hub branding installed over; 1no. existing bricked-up window retained as existing; 3no. window openings and 1no. door opening to be infilled with security mesh, plywood and TfGM Cycle Hub branding panel installed over; and main entrance in car park elevation amended to an exposed steel beam design the full width of the opening. All other window openings to be replaced with new timber windows as previously approved with amended TfGM Cycle Hub branding.
